Consignments are by appointment only. Please call 863-412-6569 for an appointment.
Consignment rate is 30%
All sales are final.
The auctioneer has the right to accept any and all bids.
Junktiques Auctions, LLC is not responsible for any consigned items that may become broken, damaged, or stolen by employees, customers, or any other persons.
No type of insurance coverage is given by Junktiques Auctions, LLC.
No monies will be paid out from from Junktiques Auctions, LLC, its owners, or insurance companies on merchandise broken, stolen, damaged, chipped, cracked or any acts of nature, or any other means resulting in a loss of income.
All sales will be paid by a business check within one week of auction end. All monies for fees and sales tax will already be deducted.
