 All  parties previewing or planning to bid on items offered at this auction must register with the cashier and obtain a Bidder's Card.
 

All  persons attending this auction agree that payment must be made in full  by the end of the auction. The only forms of payment we accept are cash or credit card.
 

A 13% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids. You will receive a 3% discount if you pay with cash.
 

Failure to pay in full forfeits your right to bid in all future auctions.
 

All items are offered for auction in an AS IS, WHERE IS condition, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied by the auctioneer or any auction personnel.
 

All decisions by the auctioneer are final.
